JP Auto Glass provides mobile windshield chip and crack repair, junk removal and haul-off services, and coordination of windshield replacement through partner installers in the Paris, TX area. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. SMS Messaging Program
Program Description: JP Auto Glass operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, service reminders, follow-up messages, review requests, and customer care. Message frequency will vary based on the nature of your service request, typically 2–5 messages per service transaction. Customers who separately opt in via the optional marketing checkbox on our quote form may also receive occasional promotional and marketing messages. Marketing messages are optional and not a condition of purchase.
Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and submitting a service request—either by calling our business line or submitting a form on our website—you consent to receive SMS messages from JP Auto Glass at the number provided.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JP Auto Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
